We have had reports of some, mainly the BenQ projectors, switching off during a lesson. This is purely a user error where the user has mistakenly put the projector into “sleep” mode by mistakenly pressing the “Sleep” button on the remote or on the projector itself.

This can be rectified by pressing the “Sleep” button repeatedly until sleep mode is switched off.
