Escalation on logged calls

  • Calls are logged at IT Service desk 021 834 4690
  • No response within 3 days contact the Desk manager - Fergus Foster on 021 9007144
  • If no response or resolution is received within 5 days then it should be escalated to the relevant service manager (SM)
  • If no response within 7 days the DGITO should be contacted ccing Clinton Walker
  • If no response after 10 days refer to Education District Director and escalate further within WCED
