Escalation on logged calls
- Calls are logged at IT Service desk 021 834 4690
- No response within 3 days contact the Desk manager - Lincoln Duimpies 021 843 4658 or Sheronda Brown 021 834 4659
- If no response or resolution is received within 5 days then it should be escalated to the relevant service manager (SM)
- If no response within 7 days the Director of ICT School Support should be contacted and cross copy Clinton Walker
- If no response after 10 days refer to Education District Director and escalate further within WCED
